Ashley N. Serrao

Ashley Neil Serrao is Managing Director, Head of Treasury, FP&A and Investor Relations at Tradeweb Markets, and is a member of the Executive Committee. He oversees Tradeweb’s budgeting, strategic financial planning, treasury, capital management, ESG efforts, and investor communications. He is currently Co-Chair of the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and Chair of the ESG Steering Committee. In addition, he serves as a member of Tradeweb’s Risk and Investment Advisory Committees, and is a Board member of Tradeweb LLC and Dealerweb Inc.

Serrao joined Tradeweb in 2017 as a Director in Corporate Development, leading North America M&A and strategy. He played an instrumental role in driving Tradeweb’s 2019 IPO and building out the firm’s investor relations effort. Prior to joining Tradeweb, Serrao was an equity research analyst at Credit Suisse where he was recognized for his coverage of Brokers, Exchanges and Asset Managers by Institutional Investor, Thomson Reuters/Starmine, and by Bloomberg as one of America’s Best Analysts in 2014.

Serrao has also been named by Business Insider as one of Wall Street’s 25 Rising Stars in 2019 and NIRI for excellence in investor relations in 2022. He serves on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity NYC and Westchester.

He graduated with a BA in Economics, summa cum laude from Bates College, where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa and Sigma Xi societies. Serrao is a CFA and CMA charter holder.
