Across Tradeweb, we encourage strong corporate citizenship, ongoing philanthropic partnership and employee volunteerism, fostering the strong culture of good will that already exists within our walls.

Tradeweb Cares

Tradeweb Cares, our community service initiative, centers on our people making meaningful contributions to important causes. This is channelled through three categories of charitable giving: corporate partnerships and volunteerism, including formalized employee volunteer days and local events such as clothing and toy drives; employee donation matching; and business-directed in the support of industry-led charity efforts and events.

Tradeweb Week of Service

Now in its fourth year, our annual Week of Service has become one of our most popular Tradeweb traditions, bringing employees from around the globe together to serve our local communities in remembrance of September 11th. This year, thanks to our hundreds of volunteers, we were able to make our biggest impact yet. We collectively ran hundreds of miles for the Tuesday’s Children Rise Up and Remember virtual 5K, donated gallons of blood to the New York Blood Center, packed meals with 9/11Day.org, helped to restore the New York Harbor with Billion Oyster Project, provided assistance at local shelters and soup kitchens. We are deeply proud to be able to serve the global communities where we live and work.

Tradeweb Australia Annual Charity Trading Day

Now in its fifth year, our annual Charity Day allows us the opportunity to contribute to our local markets and wider communities. Every year we carefully choose a small number of initiatives to support; most often we choose those which have a striking effect on people’s quality of life yet have little support or funding already.

We are grateful to all our clients and employees whose generosity on our annual Charity Day continues to help us make a big impact on the charities we support.

This year Tradeweb Australia is proud to support the following charities and foundations: Rett Syndrome Association of Australia, Wounded Heroes, Mirabel Foundation and Young Adult Stroke Foundation.

Corporate Partnerships

Since inception, we have always been dedicated to giving back to our communities, and making a significant impact across the organizations we support as a firm.

Tradeweb Corporate is proud to support the following charities and foundations:

Engaging the Passions of our People

We encourage and support our employees to get involved in community service, both broad-based and with local organizations, where our people work and live.

How Our Employees Get Involved

Habitat for Humanity NYC

Tradeweb first partnered with Habitat NYC in 2011 and since then, our employees have volunteered to help build homes and revitalize a community center through the Brush with Kindness program, all in New York City. Volunteer days are filled with construction, drilling, dry-walling, mural painting and clean-up. As our partnership with Habitat NYC continues, we're excited to be involved in their life-changing projects.

American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer

Each October, Tradeweb Cares supports Breast Cancer Awareness Month by participating as a team in the American Cancer Society's "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" walk in Central Park. Employees and their families join "Team Tradeweb" and fundraise, donate or just walk to raise awareness for this important cause. We also host an office bake sale to raise money for the team. Together we join the fight against breast cancer in honor of those we've lost, all the heroic survivors, and those currently fighting the disease.

"A Touch of Football"

Tradeweb sponsors the "A Touch of Football" tournament to benefit the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America at MetLife Stadium. On that day, more than twenty teams of corporate football enthusiasts and CCFA supporters participate on the field, home of the NY Giants and NY Jets.

Dealerweb 5-A-Side Football Tournament, London

Our wholesale business, Dealerweb, hosts an annual 5-a-side football tournament, which attracts around 120 clients every year. The evening takes place at a professional football stadium and is structured into group stages, followed by the semi-final rounds and then the final match. The winner’s presentation takes place during dinner, whereby the winning team is presented with their trophy. Every year, we choose a new charity to champion. Previously supported charities include Cancer Research, Variety Children’s Charity and City Gateway.

Charity Bake-Offs

Each quarter, global employees dust off their whisks and spatulas to bake for charity. Bakers enter the competition in aid of their chosen charity to donate to should they emerge as the winner. Votes are anonymously cast throughout the competition and the winner is announced at the end of the day.

NCJW Back 2 School Store

The National Council of Jewish Women holds their annual Back 2 School Store, where economically disadvantaged children can “shop” for brand new clothes, personal care supplies, backpacks and school supplies in a one-day-only “store” set up just for them. Volunteers from around the community help out where needed, doing anything from greeting the children and restocking items on the floor, to escorting children while they pick out brand new items for school. Our volunteers feel fortunate to be a part of helping these kids kick off the school year.

Phoenix Center Gift Giving Program

Tradeweb has been proud to support the Holiday Gift Giving Program for students at the Phoenix Center in New Jersey for the past few years. The Phoenix Center is a non-profit, New Jersey Department of Education approved private school, catering for children ages five through twenty-one with autism and multiple disabilities. Employees at Tradeweb have the opportunity to buy a child a gift off their wish list and brighten up the holiday season at the school. This is one of our most popular programs here at Tradeweb.

The JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge Series

The JP Morgan Corporate Challenge Series, owned and operated by JP Morgan, is a 3.5 mile road race in seven countries on five continents. Tradeweb participates in the New York event in June, usually with a team of forty each year, as well as the London race in October.

AHOY Charity Row

Tradeweb took part in the AHOY Charity Barrier Challenge—rowing 8.5 miles on the Thames for The AHOY Centre. The AHOY Centre Charity work with disadvantaged children, young vulnerable people and those with disabilities. They offer them the opportunity to learn new skills along with the AHOY running courses and programs to train them to gain qualifications and life skills needed for employment.

Dreams Come True

Tradeweb has teamed up with Dreams Come True to host various events to help children and young people with serious and life-limiting medical conditions to fulfil their dreams and create long lasting memories.

CRIS Cancer Foundation

CRIS Cancer Foundation is an independent non-profit organization, fully dedicated to facilitating and developing research to beat cancer. By funding research through significant partnerships with The Institute of Cancer Research (ICR), London and other research centers across Europe, CRIS is having a positive impact on medical discoveries and making a real difference in peoples' lives.

NHS Charities Together

NHS Charities Together is a collective experience representing, supporting and championing the work of the NHS' official charities. NHS Charities give £1 million a day to the NHS, providing vital funds to help the NHS do more. Tradeweb Cares hosts multiple activities for NHS Charities Together because we need to support our NHS heroes!
