Tradeweb Europe and Tradeweb EU hold Australian Market Licences granted by ASIC under the Corporations Act 2001. The licenses are granted with respect to the United Kingdom and Netherlands multilateral trading facilities (MTFs). TW SEF currently holds an exemption from having to hold a markets licence and from having to have a financial services licence.
