Amy Clack

Amy Clack is the Chief Administrative Officer for Tradeweb Markets and a member of the Executive Committee. She oversees operations, business integration, risk and corporate services.

Prior to joining Tradeweb in 2024, Ms. Clack was the Head of Strategy and Innovation for the Corporate and Investment Bank at Wells Fargo. Before moving to Wells Fargo, Ms. Clack spent 25 years at Credit Suisse in a range of global management roles in the Investment Bank, including Head of Business Development, Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Strategy. She was also Chief Operating Officer of Global Markets. As a key member of the leadership teams of the banking, capital markets and sales & trading businesses at Credit Suisse, Ms. Clack supported the business’ strategic plans across many functions including risk, operations, human capital, technology and innovation, marketing, and sustainability.

Ms. Clack has championed a range of diversity and philanthropic efforts, having served as Co-Chair of the Americas Women’s Network at Credit Suisse and as a Board Member of the Credit Suisse Foundation. She has received several leadership awards, including the Women in Finance Excellence in Leadership award from Markets Media.

Ms. Clack holds a B.A. in English from the University of Delaware and an M.A. from New York University in Performing Arts Administration.
