It is important that information published by APAs is accurate and complete.
Tradeweb encourages firms that require additional support (such as assistance with mass cancellation, amending trade reports, or bespoke collation of data) to contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
It is Tradeweb’s policy that such support will be provided on a non-discretionary basis.
Where incomplete or erroneous information has led to the cancellation or amendment of trade reports it is subject to the standard fees listed below:
- £ 2,500 (or € equivalent) shall be charged for any work requiring up to 0.5 days APA effort; and
- £2,500 (or € equivalent) shall be charged for any work requiring each additional 0.5 days APA effort, or part thereof.
